Thank you for shopping with Quaint! Because shoes can show wear quickly, we handle footwear returns a little differently to ensure every pair remains fresh and sanitary.
All shoes are final sale unless there is a defect or we made an error.
We will gladly review a return request only if:
• Shoes are unworn and tried on indoors only
• Soles show no marks, scuffs, or dirt
• All original packaging is included
• You contact us within 3 days of delivery
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@quaintstudo.com within 48 hours with photos so we can make it right.
